An Email About Email
Hi guys! So, last night Dena and I worked on tackling some of her abundance of excess email. She had over 20,000 unread messages! We were able to knock out and delete almost 5,000 in just a short few minutes. The first step is just acknowledging the bulk.
How do you like to deal with email? Do you ever think about achieving inbox zero?
I'll be working on some tutorials to share some tips on email management that I've acquired over the years. Email is constantly interrupting our lives, but we also depend on it for so many things throughout our daily routines...
There are a few easy ways to try to save a little time and headache when dealing with a lot of the excess and junk.
I'm trying to compile a few thoughts on this never ending task. Here's a quick survey for you...
1. What do you hate the most about dealing with email?
2. How often do you check your email?
3. Do you prefer using social media for professional communication? Or, email or other apps? Pigeon carrier? U.S. Postal Services?
4. What is better, a phone call or an email?
5. How long does it take to burn a laptop to complete annihilation? Just seeing if you're still reading this...
I'm working on some tutorials and wanted to see if anyone had any "email" issues they wanted to address. I'm working with a few different systems, and would love to share them throughout this blog in the near future!
