This is classy collection of various R & B cover songs brought to you by singer, Sujana Chand.
- featuring AJ Braman (keys, arrangements, production)
- Aaron Tully (bass) & Antonio Romanelli (drums) on “Fell In Love With A Boy”
There are so many timeless tunes on this album with classics including “Greatest Love Of All,” “Saving All My Love For You” (Whitney Houston), and a personal Burt Bacharach favorite “Walk On By” (Dionne Warwick). The songs are stripped down to the basic essentials and are truly refreshing to my ears.
Sujana's vocals are lyrically clear and smooth to the ear while showcasing her impressively expansive range. AJ's dynamic, subtle touch (with a few harmonic surprises) always seems to honor the essence of the tune. I also enjoyed his arrangement of “Kiss of Life” (Sade) with a bit of a faster, club-influenced nod.
