Yesterday, Thursday (12/10) I received a package a couple days earlier than expected. I was kind of surprised, because my expectations were low for the shipping date.
I'm trying to knock out a bit of X-Mas shopping, as many of us are, from the computer. This trend has of course been steadily increasing, even before COVID, so I can't even imagine the strain it has been putting on the small business community. It's completely brutal, I'm sure.
I also recently sold an old Apple watch on a website called Swappa, which is similar to Ebay. I'm going to do a blog/newsletter feature on decluttering old electronics in the future! Stay tuned.
Anyway, the policy with Swappa is that you need to ship the items within 2 business days of "purchase" by the buyer. I am fortunate to live close to a post office, and, had the time to mail it, the same day of the sale!
Needless to say, the sudden fire under my ass now motivates me to do more with the decluttering journey.
