The Food Is Appreciated

Today I'm just doing a quick check in. 

My wife made a wonderful spinach and feta scramble for breakfast. We used name our Sundays together "Sunday Funday!" Now, it seems every day is some sort of a Funday/lack of a real schedule - especially as unemployed musicians... 

The food was so appreciated. The time to savor it. The time to talk and enjoy it for what it is. 

This pandemic has made us all slow down a bit. The hardest part is just doing the same basic things. The best part is enjoying the basics for what they are! 

Yes honey, I'm now going to do the dishes.
