I had a few basic ways to respond to this "not so great" double parking technique. 
1. Get mad, try to report it as there were no other parking options in this particular garage.
2. Leave a note on the car saying something like - "Nice parking a**hole!"
Or...
3. Try to fit my car in the spot anyway...and then continue to enjoy my last night of a wonderful Utah getaway.
I took the high road and found the challenge to be quite amusing. :)
